Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations:
Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment with no penalty.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in your deposit being non-refundable.
• Late Arrivals:
There is a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your total.
After 30 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and all payments/deposits will be non-refundable.
• No-Shows:
Failure to show up to your appointment with no communication will result in loss of your deposit and you may be restricted from booking future appointments.
